Annual statement changes
We’re making some changes to our annual statements.
- We used to send some people their annual statement a month before their birthday. We’re in the process of changing when we send your annual statement to your plan’s anniversary (the date you started your plan). Unfortunately, this means you may not receive an annual statement within 12 months of your last statement.
- If you have more than one plan, you’ll receive an annual statement for each plan separately.
