Annual statement changes
We’re here for you, now more than ever.
We are a strong and steady company and have been looking after customers since 1893. We are still here for you and will continue to put customers first. We also remain focussed on our employees’ health and well-being.
We’re making some changes to our annual statements.
- We used to send some people their annual statement a month before their birthday. We’re in the process of changing when we send your annual statement to your plan’s anniversary (the date you started your plan).
- If you have more than one plan, you’ll receive an annual statement for each plan separately.
