Solvency and Financial Condition Report
Regulations known as Solvency II came into effect on 1 January 2016. These regulations require that we publish an annual Solvency and Financial Condition Report at the end of each financial year. The report is required to provide the reader with comprehensive information on our financial position and management of capital, with a view to promoting public transparency and accountability.
Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada sold SLF of Canada UK Limited and its subsidiaries, including Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (U.K.) Limited, to Phoenix Group Holdings plc on 3 April 2023. Our Solvency and Financial Condition Reports are now incorporated into the Phoenix Group reports, located at www.thephoenixgroup.com.
