Statements under section 172(1) of the Companies Act 2006
Each year we are required to publish a statement detailing how directors have complied with their duties under Section 172(1) of the Companies Act 2006. The statement details how we have approached stakeholder engagement and how their interests have been taken into account when making significant decisions during the course of the year.
